Processing Time Our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. Orders are typically processed and produced within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Times Once your order is produced, shipping times vary by destination:
- Belgium & EU countries: 3-7 business days
- United Kingdom: 4-8 business days
- United States & Canada: 5-10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-12 business days
- Rest of world: 7-14 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Production & Fulfillment Our products are made-to-order and printed locally near your delivery address to reduce shipping times and environmental impact.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your door.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at crea_lou@outlook.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
International Orders For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
